How do I get it?

It is very simple really. The moment you subscribe to our services and you are ready to use the system. In an instance you will be given a user id and a password for you to start using the system. That simple. However many of our customers want to get it right. We make it happen for you. We train your staff. They will become expert users of the system in less than half a day.

What is the minimum period do I need to subscribe?

There is no minimum time limit. When your employees start using the system, they will discover a number of un-thought of uses. For example one of our customers started to use online video streaming for training. They have manual handling, induction training for employees, contractors and visitors on video streaming. You will also find pervasive changes within your organisation once your employees start using the system. You can unsubscribe any time by giving a month's notice.

How much will it cost?

One low fee will give you access to the Internet solution. We are extremely confident that you will find our pricing very attractive because you share the resources with others. As result, cost per customer is substantially lower than any comparable solution. The actual fee depends on several factors but we promise, you will be pleasantly surprised when you hear our fee. We don't have Risk Management staff.

We will provide you the software and the know-how to ease the pain of implementing and maintaining a robust safety management regime. That is we are RM OnDemand.

Can we have it on our intranet?

How secure is our data?

Very secured. All exchange of data on the internet is encrypted (SSL).

What happens to our data when we discontinue?

We can generally give you the required information as excel files. However should you require data in other formats our IT staff can assist you.

We already have an HR system? Do we have to duplicate data entry?
