Hosted solution: a cost effective alternative

The hosted solution allows our clients to avail themselves of our web-based software's functionality, while avoiding the cost of installing, managing and maintaining the software. Smaller companies, in particular, are increasingly using it as an effective cost-cutting measure.

With hosting, a much shorter implementation process saves time and money. Clients begin with a sample set of table values that can then be tailored to meet their exact needs. In order to expedite this often time consuming process, RM OnDemand continues to expand its table values so that in the future this set up will be completed in even shorter time frames.

A multi-tiered security system

Our hosted solution provides extensive security for your mission-critical data. It is run using an encrypted secure connection, "https" URL addressing. What's more, RM OnDemand safeguards its data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption methods. The hosting databases are also backed-up on a nightly basis and we have a disaster recovery program in place with a third party in the event it is necessary to switch hosted customers to a new hosting center. In addition, our servers are secured by firewalls and a highly customized security setup to reduce server instability and preclude hacking.
