Capture Hazard details:

With this module you are able to capture and store many important facts about a specific hazard. These include:

• job
• task
• plant
• Several levels of hazard categories for reporting
• Hazard description
• Source of risks
• Area/location of risks
• Name of the person who identified the risk
• Potential loss if this risk is not fixed
• Photo images of identified hazards
• Reference to any legislation
• And many more important other details

Evaluate hazards

Evaluating hazards allows you to focus on key issues and trends in a workplace so that hazard management becomes very effective. This module allows you to systematically evaluate the risk using AS4360 standards.

Capture details such as

• Consequences
• Exposure
• Probability

The system then will calculate a score and it will even prompt you to act if the score is higher than accepted level so that very dangerous situations can be attended to straight away. You will save valuable resources when you focus on more important issues.

Capture cost/benefit ( to help you decide go, no go)

Often you have to make a choice. Sometime it will be useful to apply some financial measurement to your decision process. With this module you are able to capture and compare the cost of fixing a hazard vs the potential benefit. Even if you chose not to fix something you at least have a record of your reason behind your decision.

Assign multiple control

With RM OnDemand you are able to assign multiple controls. Typically there may be some short term and some longer term measures. Further more you are also able to create dependencies on your controls if necessary. For example the first task may be to cordon off the area and when that is done; only then other measures can follow. The system can take care of such things with ease.

Assign residual risks

Sometime someone next in the chain is responsible to fix a hazard. RM OnDemand allows you to create and send tasks to the person next in the chain.

Generate automatic email reminders:

Once you have assigned a control action to someone RM OnDemand won't let you to forget about a hazard until it is fixed.

With RM OnDemand you can be sure of that. It will send email reminders to the person responsible for the job until it is finished. It can even escalate to higher management for long overdue action items.
